When the app cannot be downloaded from the Google Play Store

If that doesn't work, try the following method.

Problems may occur when updates are performed all at once.

Proceed as follows.

1. Launch the Google Play Store.

2. Tap Profile at the top.

3. Tap Manage apps & device.

4. Click See details under Updates available.

5. Click Cancel all.

If the problem recurs, you can turn off automatic updates.

1. Launch the Google Play Store.

2. Tap Profile at the top.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Network preferences.

5. Click Auto-update apps.

6. Select Don't auto-update apps and press DONE.
